Feature:

DHQ  series of retarder  is connected to the axle pinion flange and the propshaft or to the gearbox output flange and the propshaft. It is applied to the city bus or passenge car of which length is below 9m. Its brake torque is below 1500NM.

1) This retarder is applied to city bus with low peddle and vehicle with short rear overhang and the drive shaft can’t be shorten.

2) Light weight, less electricity-consume.

3) Twelve coils are arrayed radially and especially it is at good performance at low speed.

4) Little remove along axle doesn’t affect on use. You needn’t adjust clearance.

5) The coils are sealed with special material. This coil is good-looking, shockproof and oil-proof.

6) The rotor is not double but single and its structure is drum like. Rotor is made of special alloy which is high temperature-resistant. It reduces thermal creep and remanence deeply.

7) All of the wires are made from temperature-resistant copper that improve conductivity.

8) All of the plastic parts adopt temperature-resistant and combustion-resistant material.
